Located in Harbor Logistics Center, this cooler/freezer facility was designed for the preparation, storage, and distribution of fresh ingredient prepackaged meal kits, oven kits, heat & eat meals, and soups, to provide “Satisfying home cooking in just minutes”.

The food grade facility incorporates a cold dock with continuous dock pits and vertical dock levelers, temperature-controlled insulated metal panel (IMP) cooler/freezer and meal assembly rooms, ambient dry storage, and 20,755 sf of supporting office space, featuring extensive employee break room and locker facilities.

studioNorth transformed a speculative shell building into a build-to-suit cold storage facility, implementing insulated box-in-box construction with glycol heated freezer slab and an ammonia refrigeration system.
